Get set, this is gonna be a long one.

TOS:

When you have decided to order a doll or sculpture:

You pay up front for the supplies and shipping for supplies costs.
this is not refundable. Once I have ordered the supplies and they have shipped/arrived here you will not get that money back.

If you back out in the middle of the doll/sculpture I reserve the right to edit it so it no longer resembles your personal character and sell it for profit to avoid any loss.

If you back out once the doll/sculpture is finished I reserve the right to go back and edit it so it no longer resembles your personal character, and to sell it to recoup loss.

If you have paid the final price for the doll after the doll is finished and back out I WILL refund it. No questions asked the money will be returned to you.

If the doll gets reasonably damaged within the first six months you can ship it back to me for repairs for free.
Reasonably meaning: during gentle use something snaps, paint chips, seams rip, etc.

Any damage due to neglect is not covered. These dolls are delicate to an extent. They are for gentle enjoyment, they are not toys.

Sculptures can be repaired six months after purchase under much the same terms.
I am sorry, if you drop the sculpture and it is irreparably damaged I will not re sculpt it for you. Dropping/breaking is beyond my control. Although cracks/minor breaks, etc I can and will happily repair for you.

Dolls:

All of my dolls have an internal wire frame that allows them to be posed. But do note that if the anthro doll doesn't have a tall long enough to support itself it will have to lean on/be supported by something to stand!

Any materials that need to be purchased for each doll and their shipping will be added on to this base price.
It will still be probably the cheapest dolls of good quality you will come across.

These are soft bodied, where I sculpt the hands/feet and she makes the body herself.

You will have to note HER for a quote.

Sculptures:

All sculptures 3 to 5 inches tall will be roughly $30 to $40 USD plus shipping.

Anything larger will need to be on a quote basis depending on how large it is, how detailed the character is, and what supplies I would need to purchase to produce it.

If supplies need to be purchased due to size/detail/etc you will be charged for them.
